Hill House is a 200 year old farmhouse, complete with its own private courtyard and garden offering secure car parking, with plenty of room for barbecues and to relax. The garden also provides a safe play area for children.

Hill House is situated just five minutes walk from the heart of Westnewton village. Westnewton offers a play area, pub and church.


Accommodation, which is on two floors, comprises:

• 3 upstairs bedrooms sleeping six people. The bedrooms have views of the surrounding meadowland and to Skiddaw. Sleeping accommodation comprises 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms.

The rent includes all bedding, quilts, towels, central heating, water heating and electric cooking. Equipment for small children is also available at no extra charge, and includes a push-chair, high-chair, travel cot, kiddy carrier and stair gate.


In the adjoining barn there is a freezer, tumble dryer and a Games Room for use by guests.
